About

I make people feel seen. It turns out that closes deals.

I'm Ahura. For about fifteen years I've done one thing in a lot of different rooms: I help people feel understood, and I move the conversation somewhere better for both of us.

I'm not a "smooth talker" — that's the opposite of what works. While I'm talking, I'm reading you: the shoulders, the eyes, the little hesitation before you say the thing you actually mean. I'd rather know what you're really asking than win a point.

How I got here

The story, short version

I started at WEBSE, running international sales and marketing. That's where I learned that the best sales method is the one your whole team can actually run — so I built one down to three minutes and closed in front of people at events until they could do it too. I also learned to close the big, slow, complicated B2B deals, which taught me patience and how to build a solution around what someone truly needs.

Then at Evolution Wellness I ran a sales team, and I fell in love with the multiplier: proving something works with my own hands, then handing it to a room of people and watching them get better. That's still my favorite feeling in this work.

For the last few years I've been in the trenches with sales teams as a coach and closer — rebuilding process, modeling the close, and unsticking deals that were stuck on the human part, not the product part.

And alongside all of it, I've been formalizing how I actually think about communication. I've got a Master's in International Relations on the way (2026), which is a fancy way of saying I study how people and interests actually move — and I'm endlessly, genuinely curious about what drives people.

What you're actually getting

How I work

I match, I don't manipulate

My job is to find the real need and the real fit and make both sides see it. Nobody feels handled. People feel helped — and they buy.

I lift the floor

I'd rather make ten people 15% better than be the one hero on the board. That's how a number actually grows and stays grown.

I read the room in real time

I meet people where they are — never above them, never selling them a better version they "should" want.

I'm warm on purpose

People do business with people they trust. Trust starts with feeling understood. I'm good at the understanding part.

How I think about it

The signature, quiet

If you made me name what I actually do, I'd call it Expression Architecture — helping a person or a team say who they really are, so the right people believe them and act. Executive authenticity, designed on purpose. It's the through-line under the sales, the coaching, and the reading of rooms.

But labels are for later. Right now I'm looking for a team to plug into and help win.

The best way to know is a conversation — or hand me a sales call and let me show you how I think.
